Sony has been pushing their OLED technology even into smaller and cheaper products like the A7 line and others, and they are superior to LED because of their reproduction of blacks, resolution and coming in at a small size. Oddly, in recent years, smaller cameras like the A7s seem to have better viewfinders than more “professional” cameras like the C300, for example.
Also, they take some getting used to until you really confidently are able to focus with them. The problem with that is that they come with viewfinders that differ hugely in quality and size.
